The Extension operates entirely locally within your web browser. We do not collect, store, share, or transmit any user data, personal information, or browsing history to any external servers.

  • Images & Content: The Extension temporarily reads image URLs from the active Pinterest board you are viewing to generate the moodboard layout. All layout generation and image processing happens locally on your device.
  • User Preferences: When you select layout or print preferences (e.g., Grid, Masonry, A4 or Letter sizes), these are stored locally in your browser's storage (chrome.storage.local) solely to provide a seamless user experience between uses.

2. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Because no data is collected or transmitted off your device, your data is never sold or shared with any third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers.

3. Local Permissions Explained

To function correctly, the Extension requests certain standard browser permissions:

  • activeTab: Allows the Extension to verify you are on a compatible Pinterest board before extracting images.
  • scripting: Enables the Extension to run its image-gathering script only when you click the "Extract Images" button.
  • storage: Used to keep your preferred layout settings saved locally on your computer.
  • Host Permissions (*.pinterest.com, *.pinimg.com): Required to read the image structures on the board page and safely fetch high-resolution originals for the printable layout without triggering browser security (CORS) errors.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if the functionality of the Extension changes and requires new permissions. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Effective Date".
